About US
Johnny London, a 6'7" British composer and musician, played in several bands and was a guitar instructor in England for 15 years, when he met an American living in Notting Hill. They fell in love (awww), and moved from London to Salt Lake City, Utah, in January 2006. They married, started a family, and developed a music school based on the idea that music can enlighten the mind and express the soul. Seventeen years and five amazing children later, the family business of London Studios is the school of their dreams and helping bring music into people's hearts and homes forever! This dynamic Utah music school has two locations: one nestled in the shadow of the stunning Mount Olympus in the Holladay Village business district in downtown Holladay, UT, and the other in the beautiful foothills of North Salt Lake beneath Eaglewood Golf Course on Center and Orchard streets. Both locations boast enthusiastic and extremely talented music instructors and incredible students!
The London Studios philosophy is to LEARN, CREATE, and SHARE. We "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway"- our students are encouraged in their guitar lessons, piano lessons, voice lessons, violin lessons, and drum lessons, through progressive teaching styles and hardcore technical exercises, to become the musicians they dream of being. We have a lot of FUN and LAUGH like crazy but we are SERIOUS about music! We know CREATIVITY TAKES COURAGE. We are dedicated to providing quality music instruction that will benefit and enrich not only the student themselves, but their own family, friends, and personal communities.

London Studios offers weekly private music lessons in Utah, a house band project, monthly master classes, a great selection in our retail division of high quality used and new guitars plus accessories, a killer Utah Open Mic Night in Holladay and North Salt Lake, and a very cool modern event space for private rentals.
